Most people with sensitive skin love our formulas. They’re simple, gentle, and free from unnecessary fillers. If you have concerns, we always recommend a patch test.

Many of our products are pregnancy-safe, but always check with your healthcare provider before use, especially with herbs or essential oils.

Never. Any scent comes naturally from the plants themselves.

We intentionally formulate without synthetic fragrance or essential oils. While commonly used for scent, both can be sensitizing for many skin types and may interfere with the skin’s natural barrier. Instead, we allow the natural aroma of herbs and unrefined oils to come through — gentle, grounding, and true to the plant.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always use clean, dry hands or a spoon and avoid introducing water into the jar to maintain freshness.

6–12 months if handled and stored with care. This is the nature of fresh, clean, preservative-free skincare.

Our creams are anhydrous and highly concentrated, meaning they’re used in small amounts and last significantly longer than traditional water-based moisturizers. We chose a 4 oz size so customers can enjoy their ritual without feeling rushed or restricted - honoring both longevity and abundance.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Because our products are made in small batches, shipping times may vary slightly during busy seasons. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
